Makeup By Becky Flynn

Becky Flynn works from Haywards Heath in West Sussex and has spent more than ten years on bridal makeup. Her approach is bespoke and timeless, using luxury products chosen because they last the day and photograph well.

She accepts one wedding a day. On the morning she travels to the venue and stays until the bride leaves for the ceremony, ready for last-minute touch-ups, and she can return later for a fresh evening look if the bride would like one.

Every booking can begin with a bridal preview, where the look is built from inspiration photos, the dress, the venue and the flowers. Bridesmaids and mothers can have a preview too.

Becky covers Sussex, Surrey, London, Kent and Somerset as standard, and travels worldwide for destination weddings. Abroad, the same one-wedding structure applies, with an optional rehearsal dinner look and a morning-after look. She also offers event makeup and one-to-one lessons, including bridal DIY lessons.

From the first message to the day itself

    A separate session where the look is developed from inspiration photos, the dress, the venue and the flowers.

    One wedding is taken per day, so the bride has Becky's full attention that morning.

    Becky travels to the venue and stays until the bride leaves for the ceremony.

Becky did make-up for me and my bridesmaids on my wedding day, and she just did an absolutely fabulous job. She really took the time to get to know what we wanted, and the make-up she created was soft, beautiful and lasted the entire day (despite some very energetic dancing late into the evening!). Becky was also such a lovely, warm and calming presence to have with us getting ready on the morning of the wedding. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough, she really is fantastic!

From the make up trial before the wedding to doing the make up on the actual day, she always remained so professional, friendly and just an absolute pleasure to work with! I really appreciated that she started the trial by finding out firstly what ideas I had/what look I wanted to go for, and then took these all into account when designing the look for my wedding day. She also had amazing advice, was so knowledgeable and totally put me at ease throughout. The make up on the day was just beautiful - it was so natural (just what I’d asked for) but also so flattering and gave me so much confidence! It also lasted incredibly the whole day without any need for touch ups! The communication throughout with Becky was also amazing and she was always so responsive and accommodating.
