Little Green Wedding is a Cheshire stationery business built around a zero-waste approach. Its invitations are printed on tree-free papers that contain flower seeds, so the card can be planted after the wedding.
The business began after seeing how much waste single-use invitations create, and it has now worked with couples, planners, editors and other industry peers for around ten years.
Premium templates suit a wide range of wedding themes and can be customised with the couple's details. A set can include invitations, menus, place cards, RSVPs and thank you cards, and a bespoke design service is available for couples with a specific idea.
Several papers are offered. Lux seed paper is 200gsm and off-white, in Daisy, Poppy and Rudbeckia. Bloom seed paper is 250gsm, whiter and rustic, made from cotton offcuts and available in Wildflower, Chamomile, Celosia, Carrot and Tomato. Elephant paper is handmade in India, and an eco cotton range is made from textile waste.
The range extends to seating charts, signage, favours and plantable seed paper confetti.
