About Villa Punto de Vista

Villa Punto de Vista is an exclusive-use, fully staffed ten-bedroom villa on a 2.5-acre rainforest reserve above Manuel Antonio Bay, with event spaces for up to 100 guests.

Villa Punto de Vista stands on a 2.5-acre private rainforest reserve above Manuel Antonio Bay, on Costa Rica's Pacific coast. The villa rises over five floors with 180-degree ocean views, and it is let to one group at a time. Ten en-suite guest rooms, each with its own colour and design, are spread across the main house and a guest cottage.

For weddings the villa offers several spaces on the property. The rooftop deck on the fifth floor is the favoured ceremony spot, and a double-height ballroom, an events terrace and a dining terrace take the celebration indoors or under cover. The beach is a short walk away and can be used for ceremonies. A butler-led team, a pre-arrival concierge and a private chef for the stay or for a single dinner are available, and a wedding planner from the villa's recommended partners is required. The villa is accessible by elevator and ramp, and the estate also includes the eight-bedroom Villa La Isla, which can be added for larger groups.
