The hotel stands on the ski slope beside a chairlift into the Ski Arlberg area, and its interiors are built around carved timber, tiled stoves and open fires.
For a wedding, the whole property can be booked for exclusive use. The rooms and suites sleep up to 90 guests, and the kitchen serves Tyrolean and international dishes in the Maiensee Stuben restaurant, whose parlours include the Bauernstube, Kaminstube and Almstube. The Almstube takes private gatherings of up to 45 people, and the 1901 Lounge & Bar suits cocktail parties and private dinners of up to 40.
Guests stay in ten types of room and suite, from double rooms of 22 square metres to an attic suite of 105 square metres, several with south-facing balconies and marble bathrooms. The 250 square metre spa has a pine soft sauna, crystal steam bath, infrared cabin, jacuzzi and relaxation room, and there is a gym.
