Cinzia CianiFounder and CEODiamante Your Wedding in Italy plans weddings in Italy for couples who live elsewhere, and was set up with residents of the Middle East particularly in mind. It is the destination brand of Cinzia Ciani, who founded the events company Cinzia Ciani Wedding and Events in 1997 and has more than 25 years of experience in events. She leads each project, setting the brief, running the execution and directing a creative team on the design.
The service is all-inclusive and runs from the earliest stages to the wedding day itself. Couples deal with one point of contact, who coordinates every supplier and reports on progress throughout. Once the venue is chosen, the creative team designs the set-up, flowers, lighting and entertainment, and shares the suppliers and a preview of the event so the couple can check each stage against what they asked for.
“When it comes to events, people are the key factor to consider.”

Much of the published work is in and around Rome. One wedding began in a church in the historic centre and moved to Villa Rosantica on the Appia Antica, where everything was dressed in white with orange flowers and the music was rock until late. Another couple, Samuel and Eva, married at the Great Synagogue of Rome and held their reception at Tenuta di Fiorano, an estate in the Appia Antica park.
Beyond Rome the team works in Venice, Lake Como, Lake Maggiore, Tuscany, Umbria, the Amalfi Coast, Capri, Ischia, Apulia, Sicily and Sardinia. Ceremonies cover Catholic, Protestant, Jewish, Indian, civil and symbolic weddings as well as vow renewals, and the team arranges accommodation, transport and visas for guests, with interpreters, chauffeurs, personal assistants and personal shoppers on request.
A first conversation about the couple, their guests and the wedding they have in mind, which becomes the brief for a design built around them.
Venue search and the organisation of every supplier, with a single point of contact keeping the couple updated at each stage.
The creative team plans the set-up, flowers, lighting and entertainment for the chosen venue and shares the suppliers and a preview of the event for approval.
The team books and manages its network of suppliers and service companies across Italy.
A briefed crew runs the day against a master plan with alternatives prepared for each scenario, so the couple and their guests are free to enjoy it.
