I don’t follow the trends and I don’t limit my attention and curiosity at my field and at the exterior part of the event, but I develop my activity and every detail of every event, focusing the attention on the most emotional, artistic and cultural vibes. For this reason, I work in partnership with a s wide portfolio of top-level suppliers, luxury venues and local artisans, located across Italy, to guarantee at the clients the authenticity and the exclusivity of the Made in Italy and the Italian lifestyle, with the guarantee of an attentive, professional and high-expert planning.
In fact, The desing and plan of my weddings in Italy pass through an attentive analysis of different elements, from your personality and preferences, to tthe season and the local environment, up to the geography of the location of the event, to choose and suggest you the most exclusive and top level solutions, details, products and local experiences.

ELISA PRATI WEDDING ITALY | THE LUXURY PLEASURE OF ITALY
I suggest to reserve you date / wedding venue in Italy at least one year / one year and half before the wedding day, according to the destination and the period / date in which you would want to get married in Italy.
For my personal choice, I confirm only a limited number of maximum 10 weddings per year, to guarantee at the spouses the right attention at their needs and to have the possibility to create a deep relationship and synergy with them.
As your destination wedding planner in Italy, I will accompany you in every step of the organization, from the beginning to the on site direction of the event, working on all the necessary creative, logistics and concierge services to create your global vision of your event.
I will also provide you all the necessary instruments to develop and simplify the entire process of the organization, as well as I will be present during the venue scouting in Italy and your menu tasting, supporting you with my professional experience and knowledge of Italy.
I provide a fix fee that it is calculated based on the logistics, complexity of the event and the payment is only by wire transfer and credit card.
If the spouses have the possibility, I suggest to organize at least two trips in Italy.
The first one for a visit of the venues and the second one for the menu tasting / hairstyle and make up trial.

In respect of the clients and spouses who decided to completely entrust at my experience for the planning of their event and wedding in Italy, all the names / contacts of the venues and services are always provided after the confirmation of the event and wedding planning service.
The number of the event and wedding planner team at the wedding depends on the complexity of the event, logistics and number of guests.
Anyway, you can always consider a minimum of 2 wedding planner, to grow up.
