The business supplies wedding venues and prestigious hotels as well as couples across the United Kingdom.

All dipped fruit is made with Belgian chocolate, with a plant based chocolate alternative for vegans. Fruit is delivered daily from farms around the country, so most of it is British, and every piece is checked before it is arranged. Bouquets can be personalised with names, messages and numbers, and larger or unusual requests go through the enquiry form.

Delivery is by the company's own vehicles around London seven days a week, including bank holidays, and by overnight courier across the rest of the United Kingdom from Tuesday to Saturday. Same day delivery in London is available for orders placed by 10am, and next day delivery for orders placed by 3pm. The company also delivers to the Republic of Ireland and some offshore islands.
