Eventuries Planning + Styling is a boutique wedding planning firm in Greece. Its founder, Eleftheria Papagiannaki, is a destination wedding planner and stylist with a background in wedding coordination, event management, customer service and luxury villa consultation. She and her team travel together to plan and run tailor-made weddings and events across Greece and abroad.
The firm offers four services: full wedding planning, day-of coordination, styling consultation and proposal experiences. The name combines 'events' and 'centuries', for the life events that shape memories over time.
Its portfolio covers islands and the mainland, including Santorini, Mykonos, Paros, Ios, Chios, Crete, Spetses, Milos, Mani and the Athens Riviera. Weddings range from an intimate elopement to celebrations of 350 guests or more, among them Greek American, Colombian and micro-weddings.
Eleftheria is the first person to visit the venue and the last to leave, coordinating the vendors before and during the event. The team can work with vendors the couple has chosen as well as its own preferred suppliers, and will look at any venue a couple has in mind before they book.

The first step is a meeting, so both sides can see whether their personalities suit before planning begins.

The team researches venues, builds a custom package and prepares an event proposal for the couple. The proposal fee is deducted from the total if the couple books.

Venue, vendors, entertainment and styling are developed with the couple into a plan and concept that reflects their wishes.
- 04Vendor meetings
The team can join the couple in meetings with vendors and venue owners.
- 05The wedding day
Eleftheria coordinates the vendors and oversees set-up and styling, so the couple can enjoy the day.

How far ahead should we start planning?
Anywhere from 8 to 18 months before the wedding date gives time to organise every detail without rushing.
How much does a wedding cost?
There is no standard figure. The cost depends on the couple's needs, including the venue, menu, decoration, flowers and extra services. Prices are on request.
What size of wedding do they plan?
Any size, from a couple with 20 close friends and family to weddings of 350 guests or more.
Can we use our own venue and vendors?
Yes. The team will see and discuss any venue a couple prefers, and can work with the couple's choice of vendors. It can only guarantee the quality and reliability of its own preferred vendors.
Is there a charge for an event proposal?
Yes, because the team spends many hours finding the venue and creating a custom package. The proposal fee is removed from the total if the couple decides to work with them.
Do we need to visit Greece before the wedding?
No. Many couples visit months ahead to see the venue or taste the menu, but it is up to them.
How many days before the wedding should we arrive?
For an elopement or intimate wedding, three days before is enough. For a larger wedding, five days gives time for final details and a pre-wedding meeting at the venue.
Will the planner attend the wedding?
Yes. Eleftheria is at the venue first and leaves last, coordinating all vendors before and during the event.
