I could not have asked for a more relaxed and easy wedding planning process! Everything was perfect from start to finish and we had a wonderful day. Viviana is kind, easy to work with, and worked tirelessly to make sure everything we wanted and needed was in place. Hiring Cygnus Events was one of the best decisions we made for our destination wedding in Mallorca! Planning a wedding from Canada could have felt overwhelming, but Irene and Viviana made the entire process seamless from beginning to end. I live in the states and was really worried about planning a destination wedding especially because I didn’t have time to view the venue or even do any test runs but Viviana made my wedding day THE best day ever. I cannot recommend her enough. Everything went so smoothly I honestly do not have anything negative to say. Viviana was so communicative throughout the entire 10 months of planning constantly updating me and making sure my vision came to life, sending documents and reminders.
