Finca Delica is a rural estate in San Lorenzo, in the hills of northern Ibiza, with roots going back more than 350 years. Its old porch columns, honey-coloured stone tower and arcaded upper gallery were restored in 2021 and furnished with mid-century pieces and contemporary art. The grounds cover 21 acres of biodynamic gardens, olive and carob terraces and a cactus garden, with an oval saltwater pool, a serviced pool bar and a sunset platform facing the Mediterranean.
The estate is hired for exclusive use, with a minimum stay of three nights. Ceremonies take place in the stone courtyard or on the sunset platform for up to 120 guests, and up to 300 with full production. Receptions follow on the lawns, with a stone pizza oven, a Josper oven and an Ofyr barbecue for cooking, and a soundproofed party cave beneath the house for the late hours. Nine en suite bedrooms sleep 18. Ibiza Airport is 30 minutes away by road.

A 350-year-old finca, restored
Finca Delica stands in the rural hills of San Lorenzo, in northern Ibiza. Its old porch columns, honey-coloured stone tower and arcaded gallery show the island's older building traditions, and the 2021 restoration added mid-century furnishings and contemporary art without losing that character.
Ceremony at sunset, party below ground
Weddings run over three days and three nights. Vows are exchanged in the stone courtyard or on the platform where the sun drops towards the Mediterranean, receptions follow on the lawns, and the soundproofed party cave with its DJ booth takes over after dinner.
Gardens, wellness and open-fire cooking
Biodynamic glasshouses, restored olive and carob terraces and a cactus garden fill the grounds. A yoga deck and a turret treatment room support the days before the wedding, and the pizza oven, Josper and barbecue make cooking part of the social life of the house.
