Paphos Weddings Made Easy is a wedding planning company based in Paphos, established in 2010. Jo Heyworth is the company director and works hands on with three planners, Cat, Sarah and Sally. They describe themselves as independent and local, and as the opposite of a conveyor-belt wedding: each couple has a named planner from the first enquiry through to aftercare once they are home.
They take care of the paperwork as well as the day. The team registers the couple's names and date with the town hall or church, guides them through the legal requirements for civil and church weddings, and sends a booking form and a rolling document of expenditure so costs are clear from the start. Venue packages are priced on a guide of 20 dining guests, and final numbers are only needed six weeks before the wedding.

Venue choice is a large part of the work. Their list covers beach clubs and hotels such as Olympic Lagoon Resort, Coral Beach Hotel, Alexander The Great Hotel, Kefalos Beach Hotel, Aphrodite Hills and The Almyra, countryside settings such as Paliomonastiro, Liopetro and Vasilias Traditional Inn, private villas, yacht weddings, Polis and Latchi, and civil ceremony venues including the Museum of Paphos. They also arrange church weddings and blessings, and same-sex and symbolic ceremonies on the beach or in villas.
Photography and video are arranged in-house with Paul Jones Photography and CMK cinematics, who have worked with the team from the start. Decor, DJ, entertainment, cake, flowers, hair and make-up, venue lighting, stag and hen parties and pre- and post-wedding events can all sit in one booking. Their work was filmed for Channel 4's series Sun, Sea and Brides to Be in 2017, and they have won Paphos wedding planner of the year in 2021, 2022 and 2024 and a best team award in 2025.
