Creed

Creed was founded in 1760 on Conduit Street in London by James Henry Creed as a tailoring house serving royalty and the aristocracy. The house counts more than 250 years and seven generations of craft, and today makes fragrance in the French tradition, with rare natural ingredients hand-weighed and aged in its facilities near the Château de Fontainebleau.

For weddings the house offers a considered range of personal touches. Selected fragrances, including Aventus and Aventus For Her, can be engraved with initials or a short inscription at no charge, in one of three fonts, turning a bridal or groom's fragrance into a keepsake. Every order can be wrapped in a gold-embossed box with a black ribbon, with a printed gift message on a gold-trimmed card.

The House of Creed

Couples hosting guests can choose from a wedding favours collection of refillable travel atomisers, sample sets and atomiser refill sets, with hand-poured porcelain candles and room sprays for the venue. The house also publishes a bridal fragrance guide and a groom's guide that match its fragrances to the day, and recommends small atomisers for discreet top-ups between the ceremony and the last dance.

The flagship boutique at 99 Mount Street in Mayfair offers a bespoke 45-minute fragrance consultation. The team can advise on signature scents for the hosts, fragrance styling for a venue and parting gifts, and can arrange engraving, gift wrap and personalised ribboning. A Paris boutique at 211 Rue Saint-Honoré returns the house to the centre of the city where it has been based since the nineteenth century.

The online boutique ships to the United Kingdom, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man, to much of Europe including France, Italy, Spain and Germany, to the United States, Canada and Mexico, and to Australia, with next-day delivery available on UK orders.
