Il Salviatino dates from the fifteenth century and stands on the Fiesole hills in five hectares of private parkland. It now operates as a five-star boutique hotel, with terraced gardens, stone balustrades and a long pool, and the Duomo in view from many points.

The Terrazza takes up to 250 guests, and the Italian gardens with their cypress-lined paths offer a second outdoor option. In poor weather or for smaller groups, the Sala Affresco, the Biblioteca and the Veranda serve as indoor ceremony rooms.

Da Giacomo al Salviatino cooks seasonal Italian dishes drawn from the kitchen garden and the Tuscan countryside. Wedding menus are composed for each couple, served on the garden terrace or in the villa's salons.

From 70 guests the villa can be reserved in full, with its 45 rooms and suites, gardens, spa and restaurant. The Aquae Vitali Spa lies beneath the original vaulted foundations of the house.
