Anita Galafate has planned weddings for more than eighteen years. She is based in Rome and works across Italy, with castles and countryside villas in Lazio and Tuscany, masserie and historic estates in Puglia, the Amalfi Coast and the villas of Lake Como among her destinations.
Her couples come mostly from abroad, including the United Kingdom, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, the Philippines, Russia and elsewhere in Europe and Asia. She guides them through each step, so that from the first consultation they feel supported and sure the wedding is in expert hands.

Two working rules define the studio. She organises one wedding per day, supported by her own team, so that the planner who designed the day is the one standing in it. And she does not offer a partial service: coordination-only briefs are declined, because the work is meant to be a complete collaboration.
She handles supplier relationships personally, working with trusted suppliers she has known for over ten years, and will consider suppliers the couple introduces once she has seen their standard. The floral project is developed with her own floral designer and presented as a paper sketch.
She suggests first contact twelve to fourteen months before the wedding, and longer for high season, so that couples have a wide choice of suppliers.
