Meissa Eventi

Meissa Eventi is an event agency in Naples. Loredana and Rosaria are sisters, and between them they have around twenty years of experience designing themed parties, birthdays, private dinners and corporate evenings. Weddings sit within that wider practice, and the agency does not present itself as a wedding specialist.

Both sisters trained at accredited wedding and event planner academies in Naples and Rome, and both work on every brief. There is no account manager and no handover, so the people who take the enquiry are the people on the ground at the wedding. They name the star Meissa, in Orion, as the source of the agency's name: a single point of light to the eye that is in fact two stars.

Weddings are planned from Naples out along the coast to Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Capri and Ischia, and coordination is available throughout Italy. The agency states a commitment of 60 to 250 hours per event, a figure that moves with the scope of the work.

Couples can take full planning or only the parts that are hard to manage from abroad. The work covers location scouting, supplier referrals and contract negotiation, budget setting and management, timelines and floor plans, site tours and menu tastings, hotel room blocks and guest transport, rehearsal management and oversight of the day itself. Design and styling direction can also be taken on its own.

The coast shapes the logistics. Ravello sits high above the sea, Positano is reached largely by stairs, and Capri and Ischia are reached by ferry, so guest transport and supplier access are planned as carefully as the design.
