Sparx Wedding & Event Planner

Corinne was born and raised in Taormina and built Sparx in the town she never left. Her career began in hospitality and event management, and she now plans weddings across Sicily, from coastal terraces close to her own door to the Baroque piazzas of Noto, ninety minutes to the south, and country estates among the olive trees.

Sparx offers one service, full wedding planning from the first phone call to the last song. Corinne and her team take on ten to fifteen weddings a year by choice, and partial planning, design-only or day-of-only packages are not offered.

Multi-day celebrations are her speciality: welcome parties, ceremonies and closing dinners shaped into one continuous journey. One three-day wedding in Noto opened with a welcome event in the heart of the Baroque town and ended with a traditional Sicilian folk band leading the couple and their guests through the lit streets after dark.

Years of working with venues, caterers and florists across the island inform her choice of suppliers. Prices are agreed with trusted vendors in advance, because haggling on the day is not the local custom.

Her fee is a fixed sum that reflects the length and complexity of the wedding, never a percentage of the budget. It is set once she understands the scale of the event, and she advises booking eighteen to twenty-four months ahead.
