Maria Luisa Rocchi Flowers is a floral design studio and shop at Piazza Euclide, in Rome's Parioli district.
Maria Luisa Rocchi founded her studio in Rome after training under two internationally known florists, Paula Pryke in London and Peter Hess in Basel. Her team of designers and florists specialises in floral scenography for events. She later co-authored the book I Fiori e lo Stile with Laura Pranzetti Lombardini and has appeared on Italian television, including a Rai 2 segment on the craft.
Every project begins with a conversation at the shop and studio under the arcades of Piazza Euclide. From there the team designs the flowers for the wedding, with no fixed minimum spend, each commission scoped individually after the first consultation.
The wedding portfolio runs from grand Rome basilicas dressed in white roses and blue delphinium to a poolside garden reception in apricot and peach. Real weddings include ceremonies at Villa Aurelia, and a winter event at La Posta Vecchia. The studio is also exclusive florist at the Coffee House of Palazzo Colonna.
Weddings sit beside a wider body of work: event flowers, a flower shop and e-commerce site, and lifestyle and editorial styling. Corporate and luxury clients include Ferrari, Hewlett Packard, Mercedes, Pomellato, Harry Winston and Chanel, along with a Balmain dinner at Palazzo Sacchetti.
The studio has worked with wedding planners and with couples travelling from Lebanon, Russia, China, the United States, France, England, Canada and the Philippines.
