Giorgia and Anna Veronica and Parade Wedding & Event Planner
Parade was founded in Rome in 2014 by Giorgia and Anna Veronica. Both are historians of theatre and contemporary art, and before the studio opened they spent ten years designing more than 100 private and corporate events, mostly across Italy. That work gave them their network of suppliers and their logistical discipline.
The studio is named after the Ballets Russes production of 1917, which brought Diaghilev, Cocteau, Massine, Picasso and Satie together under one artistic vision. The founders chose it because they believe the most memorable events come from real collaboration between talented people.
From Rome they plan weddings for couples from around the world, ranging from elopements for two to gatherings of close friends and large multi-day events. They work in Rome, Tuscany, the Amalfi Coast and Positano, Puglia, Lake Como, Sicily and Umbria.
Design comes first. Each wedding begins with a visual and emotional intention, covering colour, light, texture, florals, tableware and how guests move through the spaces, and mood boards and design direction are settled before supplier logistics begin. Giorgia and Anna Veronica are present at every wedding they plan, and they keep a deliberately limited calendar to allow for that.
Couples who suit the studio best are international couples with a clear sense of what they love, who care about detail and want planners to turn that taste into something more than they imagined.

The founders talk through what the couple wants the wedding to feel like, their preferred location in Italy and their date, then send an initial proposal and arrange a discovery call.
02Design direction
Mood boards set out the colour, light, texture, florals, tableware and styling before any supplier is briefed.
03Venue and suppliers
Parade scouts venues, arranges site inspections, and searches for, briefs and manages suppliers, including any the couple already has in mind.
04Budget and timeline
The budget is tracked and a detailed timeline is created and coordinated with all suppliers.
05The wedding
The planners supervise decor and setup and manage the whole day on site.
Anna Veronica and Giorgia took our hopes and thoughts and made it a reality. They are a great team who are efficient, patient, hard working, talented, tasteful and lovely people. We trusted them to execute everything for 3 different events on 3 different days and each one was not just perfect, but even better than we could have imagined!

I managed to organise a three day wedding event in Rome for 48 guests via email and WhatsApp without having seen the venue or tested the food thanks to this duo! It was amazing to see everything I had dreamed of in my wedding come true thanks to their hard work, professionalism and responsiveness

They’re the best! You can totally rely on them. We got married in Italy while living in Paris. We explained how we wanted our wedding to be and they did the rest. The result was amazing! It felt so good to have them on charge before, during and even after our big day.
For full planning in peak season, which is May, June, September and October, 12 to 18 months ahead is recommended. Elopements and small weddings usually need about 6 months. Early contact helps to check date availability.
How is the planning fee structured?
Parade offers three tiers: Full Planning and Design, Elopement and Small Weddings for up to 20 guests, and Wedding Coordinator. Each is scoped and priced according to the scale, location and complexity of the celebration.
Can foreign couples marry legally in Italy?
Yes. Parade advises on the legal requirements for civil and symbolic ceremonies and coordinates the paperwork with local authorities, depending on the couple's wishes and home country.
Can we use suppliers we already have in mind?
Yes. Parade has relationships with photographers, videographers, florists, caterers and entertainers across Italy and can also bring in a couple's own suppliers, all briefed and managed by the planning team.
Do you offer day-of coordination only?
Yes. The Wedding Coordinator package covers supplier supervision, creative and decor supervision during setup, timeline monitoring and full management of the day, for couples who have done their own planning.
Which regions of Italy do you cover?
All of Italy. Frequently covered areas include Rome, Tuscany, the Amalfi Coast, Positano, Puglia, Sicily, Lake Como and Umbria.
How many weddings do you plan each year?
The studio keeps a deliberately limited calendar so that both founders are involved in every celebration.
What do the planning fees exclude?
Venue hire and accommodation, catering, florals, photography and entertainment fees, travel costs for the planning team, and third-party supplier fees.
