La Fête Bespoke Event Planning

I don't know what we would've done without the guidance, support and loyalty provided by La Fête. We were never ones for wedding planners, thinking my husband and I could handle our event of 150 persons alone. Still, when we realized that we were both busy with our day jobs and couldn't speak Italian (our wedding was held in Tuscany) we finally decided to take up the idea of having a wedding planner involved. Charlotte Ricard isn't just your typical wedding planner, she is literally someone that gets things done in order to not only satisfy the couple (us) but also make sure that the entire lead-up to the event runs smoothly, be it from a logistical stand-point to even those minute details that often the bride and groom might oversee. We very much enjoyed working with Charlotte. She constantly listened and heard our needs throughout the project and knew exactly how to stay focused, yet extremely flexible. We especially liked her attentiveness, people skills and patience, as well as her adaptability, involvement and reactivity, particularly on the big day.

In February 2011, Charlotte took full charge of the organisation of my aunt Jeannette’s 90th birthday. 60 guests from all four corners of Europe were brought together by her in order to celebrate the event in a castle on the outskirts of Barcelona. Charlotte took care of everything and everyone; reservations, transport, catering, music, shows, photographer, videographer, fireworks, dedicated website, etc. Everything went to perfection; the 60 guests and the birthday girl have all kept an imperishable memory of the event.

Charlotte helped organise our wedding from start to finish, not missing a thing. We were married on a very small island on the west coast of France, where she was able to source hard to find items, which were integral to our wedding day. She took the stress out of the language barrier, effectively translating between myself and all of the vendors. She was extremely organised and helpful. I would definitely recommend Charlotte.
