Pippa's signature is the hand-crafted sugar flower. Every bloom is shaped, wired and coloured by hand in the studio, petal by petal, to mirror the flowers in the bouquet or the season of the wedding, and nothing is bought in.
Designs begin with a consultation, which includes a tasting of your chosen flavours, and a retainer secures the date. Cakes are delivered and set up personally at the venue across the South East of England, including Battle, Eastbourne, Hastings, Uckfield, Royal Tunbridge Wells, East Grinstead and Kent.
The flavour menu is extensive and includes a full vegan range made to order, and most flavours can be made allergen-friendly on request. The studio holds a five-star food hygiene rating from the Food Standards Agency and carries public liability insurance.
A Classic or Luxury consultation, or letterbox samples with a Zoom call, covers the design and includes a tasting of your chosen flavours.
Once the retainer is paid you receive an exclusive design and quotation, with a digital rendering of the cake.
The cake is baked from scratch and finished by hand, with sugar flowers made petal by petal in the studio.
The cake is delivered and presented personally at your venue.
Victoria and Dan, who married at The Savoy London, met Pippa at a wedding fair and held a tasting at her studio over afternoon tea. She turned their ideas into an intricate cake that tasted as good as it looked, and made the long journey from Kent to deliver it, so it became the talking point of the day.
