EmanuelaFounder and lead plannerLake Maggiore & Tuscany Weddings is a boutique planning company based on Viale Siemens in Stresa. Emanuela founded it in 2010 as Lake Maggiore Wedding Style, and it has since grown to cover Tuscany as well as the lake. She is the founder and lead planner, and her background is in event planning and marketing.
Almost all of her couples come from abroad, mainly the USA, the UK, Australia and Asia. Her published real weddings include couples from Albania, Argentina, Brazil, Norway, Hong Kong, Canada and India. All planning is done in English and directly with her, not through an assistant.

On the lake she works at castles, villas and the grand hotels of Stresa, and on the Borromean Islands. Isola dei Pescatori can host a civil ceremony and has a small church for a Catholic one. Isola Bella is used for photographs and small celebrations. In Tuscany she works around Florence, Siena, the Val d'Orcia and Chianti, including weddings at the roofless San Galgano Abbey.
Most of her weddings are planned as what she calls an Italian Wedding Weekend: a welcome dinner, the wedding and a farewell brunch, designed as one programme. There are no fixed packages. She uses a fixed network of venues and suppliers she has worked with for years, and she asks couples to use it.
Design is led by Arialina, the company's event designer, who works in floral design, photo styling and visual merchandising. Emanuela takes a limited number of weddings each year; she has put the cap at 15 a season.

Planning on Lake Maggiore starts at €2,500 for up to 90 guests, and in Tuscany at €3,500 for up to 80 guests. Coordination only is about €1,000 to €1,500 for up to 100 guests. Wedding-day staff cost about €250 per person, one per 90 guests. The fee is flat, not a percentage of the budget.
Her 2026 guide puts a villa wedding for about 90 guests on a Friday or Saturday at €60,000 to €70,000 including VAT. That covers the venue, catering, flowers, music, photography and film, hair and make-up, and the planner.
