Lovexposed Photography

Lovexposed Photography is the work of Tai Adedayo, who is based in Stevenage in Hertfordshire. He worked for Fujifilm UK before setting up on his own, photographs on Nikon cameras in natural light, and is a member of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers (SWPP). Weddings are most of his work, alongside family and portrait sittings.

His approach is documentary. He covers the set pieces, the arrival, the ceremony, the speeches and the first dance, but says the photographs couples return to are usually the ones nobody posed for. On the day he works quietly, does not run the schedule or line families up for long, and keeps posing to a few group shots and some couple portraits.

The Essential, Classic and Signature collections include an engagement session of around an hour before the wedding, outdoors where possible and somewhere that means something to the couple, or at the venue if it allows. He uses it so the couple know how he works and so the wedding portraits take twenty minutes rather than an hour.

He covers Stevenage, Hitchin, Letchworth, Welwyn Garden City, Hertford, St Albans and the rest of Hertfordshire, London, including the Asian wedding venues in Harrow, Wembley, Southall, Ilford and Croydon, and Bedfordshire, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire. He photographs Nigerian, Asian and church weddings, including Hindu, Sikh, Muslim, Indian Christian and mixed weddings across two or three days. Abroad he has worked on Capri, in Milan, on Lake Como and in the Cilento.

A full day produces between 800 and 1,000 hand-edited images, delivered digitally at high resolution with full print rights. A handmade album is included in the Essential, Classic and Signature collections, from Queensberry, GraphiStudio or nPhoto depending on the size and finish, and he shows couples all three makers before they choose.
