Le Rêve is a Rome agency that plans and designs complete weddings. Elisa Orsetti founded it in 2010 and still leads it as planner and designer; she came to weddings after a master's degree in business organisation. The agency is based in Rome and works across Italy, for Italian couples and for couples who fly in from abroad.
Jewish weddings are the agency's best-known work. Le Rêve has planned a large number of them in Rome, for Roman couples and for couples from overseas, at the historic synagogue in the Ghetto, the Tempio Maggiore, and with chuppah ceremonies set in villas looking over the city. It also handles the wider calendar of Jewish celebrations: bar and bat mitzvahs, henna parties, Mishmarà and Mikvè.

Most of the published weddings take place in Rome. Villa Aurelia appears again and again, alongside Villa Miani, the city's churches and rehearsal dinners at the Hotel de Russie. Outside the city the portfolio includes Castello Boncompagni Viscogliosi in Lazio, Villa Cetinale and other estates in Tuscany, and La Scogliera on La Maddalena in Sardinia. Recent work also includes an Indian wedding in Rome.
Elisa Orsetti names lighting, flowers, music and catering as the elements that make a wedding work, and she plans them together with the comfort of the guests in mind. Le Rêve works with a regular group of Rome suppliers, among them florists Andrea Patrizi and Sartoria Floreale, caterers California and Piccadilly Banqueting, lighting by Tecnoservice 2000 and stationery by Nostroinchiostro. The results range from white flowers and long candlelit tables to bright, colourful parties.
