Lisa Griffiths has worked in hairdressing for over 25 years and now focuses on weddings from her base in Hedge End, Southampton. Hair and makeup come from one team with one point of contact, so a bridal party does not need to coordinate separate artists.
Lisa works alongside her twin sister Julie, and further trusted artists join for larger bridal parties. If Lisa cannot take a date, another artist from the same team covers it. The kit is built around MAC, Bobbi Brown, Becca, Charlotte Tilbury and Spectrum.

The portfolio is unusually broad: classic English country-house brides, Indian weddings, European destination weddings and race-day styling for occasions including Ascot and Goodwood. Work is mostly in Hampshire and along the south coast, and extends to London, the Surrey borders, Dorset, Wiltshire, Sussex and Europe.
Trials are mostly held at her Garden House Salon in Hampshire, at around an hour and a half each for hair and makeup. On the wedding day she comes to the venue, so nobody has to leave for a salon. Weddings of every couple are welcome, including same-sex weddings.
