Over time her focus moved to smaller celebrations, and she now plans weddings of around 50 to 70 guests, the scale at which she finds the atmosphere warmest. She takes on roughly 15 weddings a year so that she can be present for every couple.
She leads each wedding herself, supported by a small trusted circle that includes her daughter, who contributes creative and digital ideas. Annie is also a celebrant and often writes and delivers the ceremony herself.
Her settings include private fincas, sea-view terraces, the Serra de Tramuntana and the island's historic towns and villages. Many couples plan from overseas, and she handles the on-the-ground suppliers and logistics for them.
Fees are based on the scope of work, with no commission from suppliers. Support runs from full planning to venue search, coordination and ceremony services alone.
