Arun Bablani and Vivaah Weddings

Vivaah Weddings is a wedding planning and management company based in Dubai. Arun Bablani is the owner and founder, and he stays involved in every wedding from first meeting to final day while a dedicated team handles the day-to-day progress and reporting. The company has planned weddings for more than 200 couples in over 26 countries.

The team specialises in South Asian weddings and also plans cross-cultural celebrations, from an intimate gathering to a large celebration. Multi-day schedules, with haldi, mehendi, sangeet and wedding events, are part of the regular work, and they will coordinate a couple's own vendors as well as their own network.

Vivaah Weddings

Dubai and the wider emirates are home territory. The team plans in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman and Fujairah, with past weddings at venues including Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi and Atlantis The Royal in Dubai. Abroad, the same team has planned in Europe, Asia and the Middle East, including the privatised first destination wedding at Disneyland Paris.

The company is run by an all-women planning team led by Arun, and has been certified as one of the Best Workplaces in the Middle East in 2026. It works with Evertreen on reforestation as part of the wedding journey, and Arun is a Global Ambassador for VOW for Girls, which campaigns to end child marriage.

From the first message to the day itself

    Couples get in touch by phone, email or social media, answer a few questions, then meet the team face to face or on a video call to talk through their vision and ideas.

  2. 02Brief, budget and timeline

    After listening to the vision, the must-haves and the budget, the team builds a timeline sheet covering every essential element, with room left for personal touches.

  3. 03Destination and venue selection

    The team helps pick the destination and identifies suitable venues, then introduces vendors and suppliers that match their wishes, negotiating contracts on the couple's behalf.

  4. 04Design and coordination

    Themes, decor, entertainment, invitations, guest travel and accommodation are designed and coordinated, with regular updates to the couple and family.

  5. 05The wedding days

    The team schedules and attends vendor meetings and site tours, manages the rehearsal and oversees everything on the day, including guest and VIP management.

I cannot recommend Vivaah enough. We were initially quite nervous having our wedding in Dubai since my fiancée and I live out of town and have very busy careers. We only had the opportunity to visit Dubai once and Vivaah handled the rest with so much ease and updated us with regular zoom calls.
We worked closely with Arun Bablani and his team and they was very patient with our requests and changes! Thank you team Vivaah Weddings for making the process so seamless. We look forward to staying connected.

Highly recommend them!

My family and I chose Vivaah Weddings as our wedding planners and we could not have been happier with their services! From the initial meeting until the day after our wedding, we all felt so comfortable with them. They had great suggestions for every aspect of our 3 day wedding but were not too pushy about anything. They handled over 30 vendors over the days and we didn't have to worry about a thing. So many guests told us how helpful and friendly the entire team was during the wedding as well. Arun and his team took care of everything and I cannot thank them enough!
