Petals & Roses makes real petal confetti from freeze-dried flowers. The range centres on roses, with hydrangea petals and a smaller collection of preserved roses and rose gifts alongside.
The flowers are sourced locally and from overseas, and the freeze-drying is carried out in the UK. Petals are picked by hand so that only good specimens go into each order.
All petals are biodegradable and break down naturally outdoors, which suits venues that ask for eco-friendly confetti. Most are dye-free; Apple Green, Rainbow, Mulberry and Chelsea Blue are dyed for depth of colour and may mark light surfaces.
Freeze-drying keeps the colour and shape of a petal for up to three months. Orders can be dispatched at once or pre-ordered, with dispatch one month before the event.
