Angela Valtueña and Valtuena Ltd
Valtueña Ltd is a British company that plans destination weddings and private events, with a focus on Spain. The head office is in Cheshire and is managed by Angela Valtueña, who was born and raised in Barcelona and has more than 15 years of experience in the industry.
The production team in Barcelona is led by Silvia Puigdevall, who has over 20 years of experience in weddings and events in Spain. Couples can meet the planners in the UK during the early stages, while the Spanish team handles production on site.
This arrangement draws on knowledge of both British and Spanish culture. The company has organised weddings for a range of faiths, cultures and traditions, as well as social and corporate events and hen parties.
Planning covers the full process: location scouting, a timeline and floor plans, design and styling, vendor referrals and contract negotiation, budget management, hotel room blocks and transport. The team attends vendor meetings, site tours and menu tastings, manages the rehearsal and oversees the wedding day.
