Padma Resort Ubud stands in the Payangan district north of Ubud, set within a river valley on an 11-hectare site of forest and gardens. Weddings are staged across three outdoor spaces, each with its own character. The Wedding Lawn is the largest, with 2,500 square metres for ceremonies, receptions and formal dinners. The Pool Lawn suits smaller parties, and the Bamboo Nest is a woven bamboo structure on a quiet part of the resort, looking out over the valley.
The resort offers a ballroom for indoor events and a set of named wedding packages, from a ceremony for two to an outdoor celebration with live cooking stalls and Balinese gamelan and dance. A culinary team can design a custom menu, whether a champagne toast, a cocktail-style reception or a wine-paired degustation dinner. Guests can stay in the resort's rooms and suites, which have balconies or terraces, and use the spa, the 89-metre infinity pool and the on-site restaurants. Excursions by classic Volkswagen safari car, hikes and village tours are arranged by the resort for the days around the wedding.
