Trinity House in Tower Hill
Trinity House on Tower Hill is an exclusive-use Georgian wedding venue in historic central London, with glorious views of the Tower of London. It is the home of the General Lighthouse Authority, and its rooms hold maritime treasures and artefacts, including the brass bell from the Royal Yacht Britannia. The whole property is taken for the wedding, which gives the party complete privacy for the day. Five rooms of varying sizes and decorative styles provide flexibility for the different stages of a wedding day, so a celebration can move through the house in turn.
Gold-crested red leather chairs and polished mahogany tables, the house's own furniture, are included in the hire, with a choice of long or round tables. The house is available for wedding ceremonies, receptions and private celebrations throughout the year, and an in-house events team plans the weddings held there. It is an alternative to a standard hotel-style wedding package, with the couple deciding how the food and drink are handled. It is a setting for wedding breakfasts, receptions and private dining, and it suits Asian weddings among other traditions. The use of the Royal Yacht Britannia bell is also part of the hire. Early enquiry is recommended for popular dates and weekend celebrations, since demand is high, particularly at weekends.
