Peboryon is a cake design studio based on the North Devon and Cornwall border. Its work centres on bespoke wedding cakes, created for and with each couple, with sugar art as its particular interest.
The studio's work has been featured in Hello!, Vogue, Tatler, Love My Dress, Rock My Wedding and on the BBC. It has won a Global Wedding Award as a UK cake maker and was a finalist in the RSVP Club 2022 UK awards and its 2023 global awards.
Orders are deliberately limited so that each couple has personal attention from first contact through to the final set-up. Ingredients are fresh and, where possible, sourced locally.
Flavours include chocolate, Madagascan vanilla and coconut with lime, paired with buttercream, ganache, homemade curds, fruit compotes or signature syrups. Ultra low dairy and gluten-free cakes can also be made, and there are no restrictive flavour lists.
The location is close enough to major roads and rail to cover the South West, South East and London, and cakes can be delivered elsewhere in the UK and overseas.
