Above and beyond

Planning a destination wedding in Italy is not easy, but with Chiara, Marco and the entire Eventi Lab team it became the most joyful journey. From our very first call, Chiara and Marco were incredibly thoughtful and resourceful, guiding us with endless information, venue options, and advice. They went above and beyond in everything that was asked and what truly sets them apart from any other planners I spoke to was their genuine care for the clients and ensuring that what you want will be 100% executed. During our first and only visit to Italy before the wedding, Chiara and Marco were very supportive in helping us plan a wedding in 5 months and usually planners would find that to be very last minute but they welcomed us with open arms— driving us to every site inspections, sharing their knowledge, and prioritizing our needs above anything else. In fact, we planned to do a wedding announcing photoshoot and Chiara made sure it was planned before we arrived to Italy- she helped us find the perfect photographers for our wedding announcement photoshoot. On the wedding day itself, everything was flawless. Thanks to Chiara, Marco, Eleonora, and the entire Eventi Lab team, our celebration was beyond a fairytale dream and every detail felt magical. What makes them truly special is not just their professionalism but their genuine care — Chiara and Marco became like family to us, and we will always treasure that bond. We cannot recommend Eventi Lab enough to anyone planning a wedding in Italy. With them, your dream really does come to life.

Giuseppe and I chose Chiara as our wedding planner simply because, upon meeting her, she immediately put us at ease and perfectly captured our desire: a youthful celebration that focused on fun, without neglecting the details. The ideal is a minimum of 2 trips but if this is not possible, 1 is fine too.

We generally recommend our suppliers but we are also open to new collaborations.
