They work across the country, from Tuscany and the Chianti hills to Lake Como, the Amalfi Coast, Capri, Venice, Rome, Portofino, Sardinia, Sicily and Puglia. Their venue portfolio runs from fairytale castles, Renaissance villas and historic palaces to rustic agriturismi, chic hotels, beach clubs and waterfront villas, and several of those private villas are available to them for weddings.

Weddings International
The approach starts with listening. They get to know a couple's taste, then plan the budget, build a master plan and timeline, coordinate vendors, caterers and decor, and arrange transport, entertainment and accommodation for the couple and their guests. Their own floral team creates the arrangements for many of their weddings.
Recent weddings include a glamorous Lake Como celebration for 63 guests at Villa Regina Teodolinda in September 2024, with the bride arriving by vintage motorboat, and a three-day Tuscan wedding for 65 guests at Villa Il Poggiale with a warm toffee and cipria palette. They report 407 couples and 153 different venues over 25 years.
Their team has worked with a long list of Tuscan, lake and southern Italian estates, and offers venue-scouting tours for couples who want to see their shortlist in person before deciding.

They book and manage photographers, caterers, florists, musicians, hair and make-up, transport and guest accommodation, keeping a master plan, payment schedule and timeline for the couple.
- 05Run the wedding
The team executes the event on the day, from the ceremony to the evening celebration, so the couple and guests can relax.
