Laura Palladino and Marianna Di Paolo met as students of political science, became close friends and set up the studio together in 1999. They now count more than 600 weddings planned.
They split the work by temperament. Marianna is the studio's wedding designer and creative director, and leads on flowers, decoration and the look of the day. Laura, also a wedding designer, is the negotiator and researcher of the pair: she holds the detail of every conversation with a couple and turns it into the plan.

Their published weddings sit almost entirely on the coast between Positano and Ravello. In Ravello they have worked at Belmond Hotel Caruso, Villa Rufolo, Villa Eva and Villa La Rondinaia; in Amalfi at Hotel Santa Caterina, Anantara Convento di Amalfi, Borgo Sant'Andrea and Villa Vettica; in Positano at Palazzo Santa Croce, Hotel Marincanto and Palazzo Murat; in Praiano at the Grand Hotel Tritone, with one wedding at Villa Astor in Sorrento.
The work covers elopements, weddings from micro to large, and the parties before and after them, from aperitivo and pizza nights to time on the water. They make a point of weddings that join more than one culture; one at Hotel Marincanto in Positano brought Chinese and Persian traditions together.
The design leans on the setting: long tables on terraces above the sea, white flowers and candlelight in the older hotels, brighter pastel and citrus colour in the gardens. Dates for 2026 are filling and bookings for 2027 are open.
