Letizia T. Events
Letizia T. Events is a wedding and event planning business in the province of Alessandria, Piedmont, led by Letizia T. She plans weddings in the hills of the Monferrato and Gavi, around Asti and Alessandria, and for destination couples in Piedmont, Liguria and Lombardy, from vineyard estates and castles to period villas, lakeside lawns and the Ligurian coast.
Micro weddings are her specialty. These are celebrations for as few as two guests, in the case of an elopement, and up to about 40, built around the people closest to the couple. She presents the small format as more work to plan, not less: venues that are closed to larger parties open up, and the food and wine can be chosen with more care. Her destination weddings typically run to around 50 guests.

Letizia works as the couple's single point of contact and speaks for the project to suppliers herself. She looks for suppliers who fit the couple's style, tests whether their ideas are workable within the budget, and then designs the mood and detail of the day. A wedding she planned among the Gavi hills combined a symbolic ceremony under a large tree on a lakeshore with a long banquet table, a flower runner down its length and the vineyards as a backdrop.
Many of her couples come from abroad. For them she handles the practical side of marrying in Italy: choosing the location, selecting suppliers, arranging accommodation and transfers for guests, and suggesting excursions so the wedding doubles as a short holiday. She also offers wedding day coordination, bridal styling for the bride, groom and their families, marriage proposals, and private and corporate events in the same area.
