About
Pangiunìa Wedding
Pangiunìa Wedding is a small studio in Catania, on Sicily's eastern shore beneath Etna, with the island's main airport close by. It plans destination weddings across Sicily and describes its approach plainly: every wedding is designed from scratch, without templates, for couples who value authenticity over performance.
The studio runs from two bases. Carlotta works from Sicily and Elisa is based in London, so conversations with British and American couples take place in their own time zone and language while site visits, negotiations and the wedding day happen in Sicily. Clients name further colleagues in their reviews, so the working team is larger than the two names published on the studio's pages.
Its distinguishing credential is certification against UNI/PdR 61, the Italian reference practice that lays out what a Wedding Planner and a Destination Wedding Planner must know and do. UNITER, accredited by ACCREDIA, assessed the studio against both figures.
The design is restrained and lets the place carry the frame: a flower wall built at knee height under old citrus trees, one long table beneath olives, a painted cart from the 1900s used as a bar. The studio states that a single wedding takes between 60 and 250 hours of work, and that it accepts a limited number each year.
