Noemi Wedding also has significant expertise in planning elopement and winter destination weddings.

Annually, I attend international conventions in the US to stay abreast of the latest trends in 5-star luxury weddings and to hone my skills with clients and vendors.

* How far in advance should we confirm our venue/s?

If you get married between May and October, I suggest to start planning your destination wedding about 1 year and a half / two years in advance.

* How many weddings do you take on each season?

I decided to take a maximum of 30 weddings per season, to provide the best bespoke luxury wedding planning service to my customers.

* What exactly does a wedding planner do for us?

My job is to make sure you get the wedding you have always dreamed for.

* Are you available for meetings at the weekend or evenings?

Yes I do

* How do you charge for your service?

I have a fixed fee that is based on the date of your wedding (low season / high season) and that is based on they type of wedding you have ( wedding with more than 20 guests / elopement - micro wedding ).

* How many planning trips would you recommend for an overseas destination wedding?

I recommend 1 to 2 trips, but I had clients who relied totally on me and came to Italy only a couple of says before the wedding day. I am very flexible about this.

* Do we have to use your suppliers?

No, I have a list of vendors I work with that are reliable, but you are free to choose the professional that most fits your needs.

* Why should I choose you?

Because I am a professional bespoke wedding planner. There is nothing we cannot plan, realize, do together, and I truly and deeply love my job. The happiness of my clients is my purpose.

* Do you have a list of wedding suppliers to recommend me?

Yes I do

* How many team members will you have working at our wedding?

It will depend on the amount of guests.

* How can we communicate?

I have a team of skilled assistants that coordinate the wedding day with me, but I personally plan every wedding.

I am a bespoke destination wedding planner. Every wedding I have planned and will plan is tailor-made. You will be the core of every decision. My job is to suggest to the vendors that they make sure you live an unforgettable day, stress-free, but you get to choose everything as you are the client.

Will you personally be present on the day of the wedding?

I will be present on the wedding day to ensure that everything goes smoothly and that you have a stress-free wedding day. I have never missed a wedding I have planned. My assistants help me in my business, but the customers always speak to me directly.
