Fiori Amore Fantasia

Fiori Amore e Fantasia is a wedding and event florist based in Rome. Viviana Piccolomini created it in May 2009, after what she describes as a long road through many different jobs, and it is still led by her. The studio calls itself a team of artisans of beauty, and the emphasis is on handmade work.

Viviana works with Eva Seeber, a theatre costume designer who draws and creates the floral installations with her, and with Alessandro Cirulli, who looks after logistics and set-up. Together they cover the flowers for the ceremony, the reception and the details in between, from bouquets and buttonholes to tables and welcome corners.

Fiori Amore e Fantasia

The style follows the couple rather than a house look. Past weddings range from rustic hessian and hazel branches to romantic blush roses and peonies, bold reds and white lilies for a garden ceremony, and purple orchids on a poolside table. Couples have married in churches in Rome and the Vatican and at private venues, and the studio has also worked with couples planning from abroad by email and mood board.

Beyond flowers the studio designs decorations and table pieces, makes small gifts for guests, and arranges transport and installation so the florals arrive and are set up at the venue. Every wedding is photographed and shown in the wedding journal on the studio's own site.

From the first message to the day itself

  1. 01Tell them about your wedding

    Describe the date, venue, style and the flowers you have in mind, by form or by phone. The studio replies with advice on flowers to suit your colours, venue and budget and prepares a free quote.

  2. 02Design the flowers

    Viviana and Eva develop the floral style with you: bouquet and buttonholes, church or ceremony arrangements, tables, the welcome tableau and small gifts for guests. Couples abroad can work from pictures and mood boards by email.

  3. 03Confirm the plan

    The quote is settled, with the pieces, colours and quantities agreed for the ceremony and the reception.

  4. 04Make everything by hand

    The arrangements are made in the studio from seasonal flowers, in line with the bride's style and the mood of the wedding.

  5. 05Delivery and installation

    The team transports everything to the venue and sets up the ceremony and reception flowers before the guests arrive.

I already know how "Fiori, amore e fantasia" is used to work 'cause my wife and I have decided to let Viviana (the owner) and her professional Staff make all the flower creations for our wedding. The overall experience was perfect, from the first time we met until the last moment we saw each other at the party. They listen to your requests and give precious hints to create the perfect mix of what you want, what you need and your budget. Also, it is hard to find a person that is as sensible and professional as Viviana is. All creations are very fine and handmade, following the bride's style, wedding mood, and seasons. Based on our expectations, we have just positive words for "Fiori, amore e fantasia", and we'll recommend it to everybody. The most beautiful, romantic flowers for our wedding in Rome

Viviana and her team did an excellent job at our destination wedding in Rome - we could not have been happier. As we live in Australia, we had to communicate 100% via email - but by using mood boards and pictures, Viviana helped bring to life our romantic vision ideally. The bouquets were gorgeous, and the table decorations were also fabulous - but perhaps most beautiful was the decoration of the cloister... which was incredible. The SMELL of the flowers was perhaps the most incredible of all. All of our guests commented on how wonderful the scent was! I cannot recommend Viviana and her team enough. Thank you for making our flowers so perfect.
