Kaleidos Wedding

Alice trained as a photojournalist and video reporter before photographing weddings. Her photographic and short-film projects have been published by Planeta Futuro (El País), the New York Times, the Washington Post and Der Spiegel, among others, and she has lived and worked in the Middle East, Milan, Kolkata and London.

Kaleidos Wedding grew from that background. The approach is documentary first: she plans little beyond the light and the place, then follows what unfolds, with an editorial eye for styling and detail.

She works on both digital cameras and genuine Super 8 film. Digital is quick and dependable, while Super 8 brings grain and light leaks, and slows the shooting down because there is no screen to check.

Ibiza and Mallorca are her base, with work also in Barcelona, Valencia and Madrid, Sardinia, Tuscany, Paris and London. For larger weddings in Sardinia she works with a second shooter, her collaborator Francesca.

As well as weddings, she photographs elopements, couple sessions and portraits, and her films appear on her Vimeo channel.

Alice is a true creative professional. My husband and I are so lucky we found her. She took our engagement photos and wedding photos. Her eye for the small details you may miss on your wedding she is sure to capture. Her photos have so much depth in them. What is her style?

Does she shoot film?

Yes, on genuine Super 8 alongside digital cameras, for both photography and film.

Where does she work?
