Bright Blue Wedding and Events is a planning studio founded by Georgia Katsila and Anna Galani, who both hold the title of event manager. Their studio has its base in Glyfada, Athens, and a second base on the island of Paros, and it plans weddings, christenings, parties and corporate events.
Before moving into events, the two worked mainly in home and interior design, which gave them experience of the construction industry, visual merchandising and photography. Anna and Georgia add interior design study at the Naba academy in Milan and seminars on event and wedding planning to that background.

They have worked in wedding companies overseas and travelled widely, and this lets them look after couples from other countries who want to marry in Greece. The studio also makes some of its own handmade products for events, from stationery and menu design to decor.
The portfolio covers Paros, Milos, Santorini and Attica. Reception planning is supported on Paros at White Dunes, a seaside suites hotel beside Santa Maria beach that can host receptions of up to 300 guests, and the lookbook includes beach ceremonies, village weddings, styled shoots and a Christmas wedding.
The planners match their taste to the couple's personal style and preferences, and develop a wedding concept and design from that starting point.
They research and hand pick venues, on the islands or the mainland, to suit the style and guest list.
The studio works with its own network of suppliers, manages the budget and contracts, and arranges licences, permits and legal papers.
Stationery, menus, flowers, decor, catering, cake, music and entertainment are designed and arranged to the concept.
A planner is on site at the destination to coordinate the day, so the couple and their guests can relax.
