Coworth Park is the Dorchester Collection's country house and polo estate, set in 240 acres of Berkshire parkland near Ascot, on the edge of Windsor Great Park. The main house dates to 1776 and the Grade II listed Dower House to 1775. After a restoration the estate reopened in 2010 as a five-star country house hotel, designed around what its owners call natural luxury. Heathrow is about 20 minutes away by car and central London about 45 minutes.
Weddings can take the whole estate on exclusive use. Civil ceremonies are held in the Oval Room, the Rose Garden, the Sunken Garden or a seasonal wildflower meadow, and a marquee on the lawns takes up to 250 guests. The signature dinner is a long table in the meadow. Cooking comes from the estate's own kitchens, with the Michelin-starred Woven by Adam Smith and the relaxed Barn, and 71 rooms, suites and cottages sleep up to 140. Polo fields, an equestrian centre and a glass-wrapped spa fill the days around the wedding.
