Mia La Vida Bridal was founded by designer Tanya Dimitrova, who set out to make timeless wedding and evening pieces and to work in the world of high-end couture bridalwear. The studio is in Lancefield Studios in West London.
Every gown is made to measure and fully bespoke, produced to order by an in-house master couturier. No two dresses share the same stitch or seam, so each is designed around the bride.
Materials are chosen for quality: the dresses are cut from 100% silk, with fine lace embroidery worked into the designs. Interchangeable sleeves are available, which lets a bride move between traditional bridal shades and change her look during the day.
The first consultation covers style and personal taste, along with any looks the bride has gathered on Pinterest or Instagram. These ideas are turned into sketches, and a selection of designs is prepared for the bride to review.
