Bianco Bouquet is a destination wedding agency founded in Florence in 2009 by Costanza Giaconi, who was born and raised in the city. It has creative hubs in Florence and Dubai and plans weddings across Tuscany, the Amalfi Coast, Lake Como, Sicily and Puglia, and in destinations abroad including Greece, the Caribbean and the Maldives.
Costanza is the creative director. She has more than sixteen years of experience with international couples and combines Italian hospitality, creative direction and meticulous planning. She was named Best Destination Wedding Planner at Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week in 2025, holds Best Wedding Planner from the Italian Wedding Awards, and has been included in the DWP Insider Planner and Designer Powerlist for 2025 and 2026. Her weddings have been featured in Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Vanity Fair and Elle.
The studio is a team of planners, coordinators, guest experience specialists and production professionals. It works to four principles: hospitality, authenticity, personalisation and experience. The aim is celebrations that belong to the place that hosts them, often over a wedding weekend of several days rather than a single day.
Services are organised in three parts: planning, design and creative direction, and concierge. Couples can expect venue scouting, supplier selection and coordination, custom moodboards and 3D visualisation, and guest accommodation, transfers and itineraries. The agency also runs ceremonies across Catholic, Protestant, civil, Orthodox, Jewish, Hindu, Persian and symbolic traditions, and renewals of vows.
Much of the work is for couples who live elsewhere. The agency handles communication, logistics and technical detail behind the scenes so that couples planning from a distance can follow the process with confidence.
