Italy, Venice and the Veneto, Lake Como350+ weddings
Discover an exceptional collection of wedding planners in Italy, chosen for their local knowledge, calm direction and the care they bring to every detail of a celebration.
This page lists the wedding planners in the Luxury collection who are based in Italy or work there. There are 81 of them today. The selection is editorial. An editor has reviewed each planner, they are listed with their own consent and their record is complete. Nobody pays to be here, and neither membership nor payment decides it. A planner keeps one profile and one address and can also appear in the general list of wedding planners in Italy.
The regions with the most planners in this collection are Tuscany (11), Rome (10), Sicily (8), Amalfi Coast (7), Venice and the Veneto (5). Italy is not one market. Each region has its own suppliers and its own season, and a planner who works in one region every week knows which venues, caterers and florists can be relied on there. The profile says where each planner is based and which areas they cover.
A wedding in Italy by a couple living elsewhere involves steps that are easy to get wrong from a distance: the civil or religious ceremony and its paperwork, the translation of documents, the booking of suppliers in another language, and the logistics of getting guests to a villa down a country road. The Italy destination guide and the Atlas explain the legal and practical steps from their sources.
Each planner here has at least ten photographs of their work and a written introduction. Where a planner has said how they charge, the profile says so, and 173 checked reviews exist across these planners. A review is shown only when it comes from a real couple. Fees are not estimated and the planners are not ranked. The cards follow the recommended order, with the most complete profiles first and then by name, and no planner pays to rank higher.
Before a planner appears here, an editor checks that their record is complete, that they have at least ten photographs and a written introduction, and that they are based in or serve a place in Italy. These are minimum standards, not a ranking. Editors review the list and can add or remove a planner whenever the facts change.
Read the profiles of the planners who work in the region you have in mind, add them to your shortlist and use Check your date on a profile to send an enquiry. Your enquiry is passed on. A reply cannot be promised, and no time can be given for it. If you have not chosen a venue yet, the Luxury wedding venues in Italy page lists the luxury venues, and many planners will suggest venues from their own experience.
